บางกอกแอร์เวย์สประกาศยกเลิกทุกเที่ยวบินที่เข้าและออกจากเกาะสมุย ในวันที่ 4 มกราคม 2562
ตามที่กรมอุตุนิยมวิทยาได้ประกาศแจ้งเตือนถึงพายุโซนร้อน “ปาบึก” ที่เคลื่อนตัวเข้าปกคลุมภาคใต้ของประเทศไทย โดยในช่วงระหว่างวันที่ 4-5 มกราคม 2562 นั้นจะมีคลื่นลมแรงและฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบริเวณอ่าวไทย จากสถานการณ์ดังกล่าว ทางสายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์สได้คำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยของผู้โดยสารเป็นสำคัญ จึงมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องประกาศยกเลิกทุกเที่ยวบินของสายการบินฯ ที่เข้าและออกจากท่าอากาศยานเกาะสมุย จ.สุราษฎร์ธานี ของวันที่ 4 มกราคม 2562
ผู้โดยสารที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการยกเลิกเที่ยวบิน ของวันที่ 4 มกราคม 2562 สามารถติดต่อเพื่อขอเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทางได้โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย และสามารถตรวจสอบสถานะเที่ยวบินได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงที่ศูนย์บริการลูกค้า โทร 1771 หรือศูนย์บริการให้ความช่วยเหลือ โทร 02-270-6698
ทั้งนี้ทางสายการบินฯ จะติดตามสถานการณ์ดังกล่าวอย่างใกล้ชิด หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆเพิ่มเติม ทางสายการบินฯ จะแจ้งให้ทราบต่อไป และขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกที่เกิดขึ้นมา ณ ที่นี้
Bangkok Airways Announces Cancellation of All Flights to and from Samui Airport on 4th January 2019
Bangkok Airways is on high alert and closely monitoring the weather situation following the weather warning announcement by Thai Meteorological Department on tropical storm Pabuk moving towards southern region of Thailand during 4-5 January 2019 which causes widespread rainfalls and torrential downpours. After assessing the current weather condition at potentially affected areas, Bangkok Airways announces cancellation of all flights to and from Samui Airport, Surathani on 4th January 2019 for safety reasons.
Passengers who have been affected by the flight cancellations on 4th January 2019 may rebook their flights without fees and charges. Passengers are advised to contact the airline’s Call Center at 1771 or Assistance Center number at 02-270-6698 (24 hours) for reservation assistance and flight status updates.
Bangkok Airways will closely monitor and assess the situation and will provide regular updates. The airline apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
